We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us. This position is full-time with benefits starting as soon as possible. Summary of Responsibilities:
Our client population is truly diverse. A typical caseload currently consists of office-based sessions (primarily with children) delivered under very tightly regulated and controlled safety protocols as well as online sessions. Online sessions are delivered to various populations including children and older adults. Additional requirements of this position include teaching music lessons according to our proprietary Singer, Songwriter, Musician & Bandmate adaptable music curriculum. Applicants must be functional or proficient on instruments including voice, piano, ukulele, guitar, bass, as well as drums and percussion. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate and work with a highly talented team of music therapists in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities for this position include attending various meetings, clinical supervision, professional development, contributing to social media content, project work, marketing events, as well as other duties as assigned.

* Manage special projects as assigned and see to it they are completed to a high level of quality on or before deadlines.
* Contribute significant value to the growth and development of our company, including marketing and sales efforts.
* Collaborate well with team members in program planning and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be a current or soon-to-be current board-certified music therapist with reliable transportation and adequate automobile insurance. Our innovative $0 Cost of Being a Music Therapist Compensation and Benefits Plan aims to decrease the out-of-pocket expenses that most music therapists regularly incur to as close to $0 per year as possible. This way the compensation that our team members receive for their service and time is a true blessing of profitability as fruits for their labor. Details include:
* A very generous starting full-time salary of $48,000/yr
* Eligibility for gold level health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
* PTO that begins accruing on the first day of employment
* 8 additional paid time off holidays per year:
