3.5 stars. The app is simple to use, when you get a notification about a survey, you follow the steps and answer questions. Within a few days you get a reward. My main complaint is the app malfunctions and freezes. It says video and audio responses are preferred, but it always freezes when trying to record audio and I have to exit the app and redo all the steps just for a dollar or 2.

I was super skeptical about downloading this app, especially because apps like these can be kinda unreliable. Gauge isn't like those other apps though! At first I had an issue with receiving the rewards, so I contacted the help email thing. The person who responded was incredibly nice, and helped me with the problem immediately. I definitely recommend getting this app!!

I used to love this app. Earning rewards was fairly interesting and redeeming was quick and easy. Now with the "Who's Next" & "What's Next" features I completed them both 2 times got rewarded and now every time I try it says 'You can only complete this activity once every 24 hours" yet it's been a few months since I've completed one. I REACHED OUT TO SUPPORT OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO RESPONSE.
