Very pleased

I used it in Budapest and Vienna, for our 2 weekend trips. In Budapest in particular it was a joy, some bikes need some maintenance but in general does the job and it doesn’t pedal like a snail like some city (schemes) bikes.
In Vienna I found where I was staying I had to walk almost 1km to pick up the bike, which was a little annoying, bike it self had loose brake cables but I was able to get by.

I think being on top of the maintenance would leave people with better experience, but in general I was very pleased and I sure to use these bikes in my other trips if they happen to be in that city/ country.

Misleading pricing

App says you get charged after 3 days use - I’ve used the service several times with no issues for 3 days before getting charged. But now being charged from 2nd day onward with no warning that they’ve changed this process. Customer support admitted the wording they use was misleading, but still refuse to do anything about it.

Wouldn’t use a service that changes their charging process, and despite admitting confusing wording refuses to refund

Edit: regarding developer review it also appears they’re not able to understand the issue; nothing to do with being within a drop-off location and selecting to end the rental, but entirely different issue. How that was assumed to be the issue from what was written above is unclear but totally unrelated!

Hi Stef-Oxford, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear you've encountered this issue.
We'll write a brief explanation of what happened : Locking a bike inside a drop-off location doesn't end the rental. No matter where you are, you have to click the 'end rental' button and then follow the process through until the end. Your rental can be considered over when you see the receipt pop up on-screen.
If you realize after a few hours or days that your rental is still ongoing, you can end it yourself directly in the app. Just tap "end rental", then the app will try to connect to the lock and upon realizing it's not near you, it will ask you to input the bike's exact location and end the rental for you. When the rental is ended, you can contact us like you did so we can refund you for the extra charges.
Before the rental is ended, nothing is charged to you. We reserved the corresponding amount on your account, which some banks might show as a charge, but you're only charged according to what you've used once the rental is ended.
We have reached out to you again yesterday to confirm that you have in fact now been refunded for the extra charges. If anything remains unclear or if you have any further questions, please feel free to respond to that email!

Re hire

We hired the bikes in Copenhagen when the bikes with our apartment were not safe. We downloaded the app and hired the bikes almost instantly although I would recommend you join and read the email with the information before you start.
The app was easy to use, the bikes were in good condition, unlocking and locking using the phone were easy to use. I needed to contact them because I made a mess when ending the use. They were incredibly helpful and supportive.
Good price good customer service good bikes. Especially good in Copenhagen
