What do the US military, government agencies, libraries & schools have in common? They turn to us for language learning.
About us
What do U.S. Government personnel, the military, public libraries, universities, and business executives have in common? They turn to Transparent Language for their language-learning needs. They're serious about languages, and so are we. At Transparent Language, we treat language learning as more than just a casual pursuit. For our customers, including some of the U.S. government's most stringent language schools, success is not optional. Their students must reach a specified level of proficiency in a set amount of time. We make their challenge our mission: to train language faster with more reliable results. Visit our website to learn more about who we support and how we can help your organization reach its language goals: www.transparent.com

May we all be so lucky to work with a language instructor like Catherine Thille! Her students love her attitude towards language learning. Yes, French is a communication tool. But also a gateway to an entire culture! "I feel that I have fulfilled my role when I ignite a spark of cultural curiosity, and my students overlook the difficulties of learning a foreign language and become eager and enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge in the target language." A helpful outlook, especially when you're preparing for an overseas move, like her latest student who is in the middle of a 200-hour intensive acquisition course: “I really enjoy the CL-150 platform and the progressive learning of vocabulary. Topics and vocabulary are relevant for daily life, but I really like the in-depth conversations with my instructor about current affairs. I am made accountable for homework and assignments and love the role plays and conversations about French culture.” Bravo, Catherine! We look forward to supporting many more future Francophiles together. 🙌

Milton Public Library's commitment to First Nations communities also extends to languages! 🙌 Libraries throughout Canada partner with us to provide online language learning to their communities because we have 10 First Nations languages thanks to 7000 Languages. That includes three languages spoken in Ontario: Cree, Mohawk, and Ojibwe. It's such a joy to support libraries in their mission to welcome all community members, whether that's through indigenous languages, English for speakers of other languages, American Sign Language, and beyond.
The Milton Public Library has unveiled a series of policy updates to create a more welcoming environment for all community members. Significantly, the library now offers complimentary membership with full borrowing privileges to individuals residing on First Nations reserves in Ontario. This initiative underscores the library's commitment to supporting First Nations communities and encouraging exploration of its comprehensive offerings. Sarah Douglas-Murray, CEO of the Milton Public Library, emphasized the library's commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. "Our aim is to foster a library environment that is as welcoming and inclusive as possible," she stated. "By streamlining our card registration process and establishing clear membership categories, we are actively working towards eliminating obstacles and enriching the lives of all our patrons."
